From Essex, I’ve decided to give home brewing a go after having a kit in the garage for 8 years or so ... I’ve been reading some recipes on the site that sound great ... I am so looking forwards to brewing now and wished I’d started years ago!

Anyway I have a starter wine kit in the DJ (day 2) it’s bubbling like mad ... and I’m hoping that’s a good thing .. keep looking at it thinking is this too often every few seconds ..
