hi im from barnsley South yorkshire (lol someone has to live here)..im fairly new to wine making made a red kit wine first of all haven't bothered buying demi johns as couldn't afford £6 a time i went for the big fermenting barrels get more per batch also been playing with the supermarket juice wines got two of those full also got a fermenting bin which i just did a ale in so thats available to do another batch of something.and been getting my fella to bring those big plastic water butts home from work they hold 19ltrs got 4 so far full with various mixes of again supermarket juices i bought a pressure barrel which is full with what is called ye old home wrecker ale but it's tap is at bottom and seems to be leaking a little so not sure if that was money well spent.hope to get a little more adventures in near future making wine from fruit and berrys :)
 
Ay Up moonwitch....You are not the only one from Barnsley :whistle: ..We have Barnsley Brewer who recently upgraded his plastic Brewery to a Shiney one and brews in his shed ;)
You seem to have started quite big with your 19 Litre Wine Making :thumb: I am more into beer making than wine ;) ..but there are plenty of others on this forum who make wine & beer..and will be pleased to welcome you :thumb:
 
thanks for the nice welcome i only use the 19ltr water butts because they were free lol the two big ones i bought and the bucket also paid for lol. But I like to keep them full :)
