hi everyone , i have finally taken the plunge and decided to begin home brewing ,i look forward to learning and meeting everyone as i go , im from Central Scotland and have this evening started my first attempt at wine , so fingers crossed and here goes. i must admit that already i am finding the whole business of home brewing very intriguing and im now going to become some sort of alchemist in the making haha .Prepare for many questions i fear.
