Hi. Ive been brewing spirits and wine for a short time and with gallons of both now on every spare shelf, worktop and cabinet I decided to try my hand at beer. I bought an Old Peculiar type kit which turned out very nice but didn't present much of a challenge. So here I am.
I like bitters and dark ales and would appreciate a simple recipe using extract to start me off.
