Hi All,

I'd like to thank you all for all of your help already. I've been lurking for around a month whilst i try and get to grips with all the technical terms and processes involved with brewing (a big thanks to John Palmer too, i've read 'How to Brew' 4 times already!)

I've just got my first Brew in the fermenter, a Wilkinsons Golden Ale kit, and i'm already looking forward to moving on to Extract recipes.
