Hello to the group

My primary interest is mead as I produce honey in polystyrene hives, the better way to house bees. I run a bee information website to assist as many as I can in that hobby.

I made wine and beer many years ago and have returned to the craft and am finding it much easier that it was due to the power of the modern yeasts.

I look forward to reading the forum.
