Hi all, I’ve never been a member here before but want to introduce myself and thank everybody for your posts that has helped me greatly over the past year!

I started making wines and mead from various foraged stuff just over a year from now as a way to keep me occupied and have something to look forward to. I’ve enjoyed brewing so much that I’ve decided to put my foot into the beer making side and have just finished making my first batch, anyway again thanks everybody for sharing your knowledge and I look forward to learning more about u all, cheers
