Hello to all the brewers

Hi I have just joined this forum as I have decided to try my hand at wine making.
I did make some many years ago. This year I have been growing a lot more in the garden and my new greenhouse. This has prompted me to preserve many of my crops.

This morning I found my fermentation bin ( filled with out of date brewing additives ) in the garage roof space, Hopefully my wife will be washing and steralising it right now.

Mine only joins in the drinking stage, mind you she used to help pick blackberries and elderberries. Mind you the kids are showing an interest in picking black berries now there's a thought. :hmm: :hmm:
