Well hello people, just short note to hello
Beardy obviously isn't my real name, its Paul.
I live in the back of beyond in Suffolk, about 10 miles or so from the coast (this week, the way the east cost is being eroded around here it could be a lot closer very soon!)
It's about 20 years since my last attempt at home brewing, but these are hard time (that's what I keep telling my children!) and university fees need to be paid
So I thought I'd have another go.
Initially I'll be trying a few kits, but ultimately I hope to have a go at making my own mash. But walk before I can run :)
So that's me started, now to go and ask some blindingly obvious questions that have all been asked before
