hello, just opened my first brew

hi geoff from belfast just cracked open my first home brew a john bull best bitter if id knew it was going to be this easy and taste so good i would have started a long time ago hoping to pick up tips and advice for future brews, so here goes any one got tips on what stout would be best for a beginer

In a word Coopers Stout + Medium Spraymalt . . . sorted.

I have made loads of Coopers Stout, tweaking all the kits in different ways.

Reminds me. Just before I go right over to the Darkside, I will have to make another couple of batches of this one to tide me over.

thanks for positive replies, i took the advice and have just started a coopers irish stout, now all i have to do is sit back and wait while i polish off some best bitter hope the stout turns out as good.
