Hi folks just a quick intro I am a 42yr old brewing duffer and have been brewing 1 year I needed an indoor hobby after being made disabled 4 yrs ago and stumbled on to this. I had some success with Red wines and 1 epic failure with cider. Brewing Cabinet Sauv, Pinot Noir and Bulldog Evil Dog currently. I hope all goes well .
