Just wanted to drop in and say hi to all! Just got into homebrewing about a month ago and i've already got the bug! There seems to be some very experienced people on here so I hope your ok with a few questions that might arise

Currently on the go:

Fermenting:
5g TC
2g WOW

Conditioning:
5g Strawberry Cider
2g WOW (with a couple of variations)
1g Raspberry and Lime TC

Drinking:
First one ready on Friday! (Strawberry)

Should be a fun weekend!

Sounds handsome! is that the magnum strawberry cider kit? i'm thinking about trying that! tell me how it goes! we're all here to help!

yes it's the magnum kit - it's gone pretty well, as i said it's ready to drink tomorrow but i had a cheeky taste it's a bit dryer than i expected it to be and the strawberry flavour isn't as strong as i thought it'd be - i think next time i might try priming the bottles with a bit of strawberry cordial instead of sugar but it fermented out to approx 5.9% so im happy :rofl:
