Hi folks,
Thought it was about time I chimed in to say hello. I've been on the forum for a few months since doing my first home brew in summer 2020, which was a Courage Director's Bitter (which went OK!).
I'm very much a novice at the moment, currently knocking together a lagerized version of Sheepdog's Pride Suffolk Bitter. Despite being pretty new to all this, I'd say the homebrew bug has definitely bitten and I have a feeling I'll be getting a Grainfather at some point this year.
I currently live up in the hills at about 1000 feet up. It's beautiful here out in the wilds away from it all. When I'm not brewing you can usually find me hiking out in the wilds or doing landscape photography. I'm a massive history buff and I'm hoping, once I get into all grain brewing, to start brewing some historic beers. I'd also like to do a ln Oakham's Citra clone and try my hand at a belgian cherry beer one day as well.
Thanks for all the welcomes to the forum so far and all the best.
