Hello from....well, lots of places

Hello everyone :).

I'm on here principally as my Dad is big into home brewing and as a father-son thing I'm helping him on the technical side and as a junior brewer. Although I'm a light drinker, it's interesting learning the tricks and methods of brewing different beers (something useful should civilization come crashing down) and I'm hoping to share our success on here and pick the brains of the best home brewers out there to help improve our brew sessions.
