Hi everyone, Mike from Wales here… just getting back into home brewing after a couple of years break. I’ve just acquired a larder fridge, ink bird and also have some heater mats and a tubular heater here to convert into a fermentation chamber. Also have a Fermenter King Apollo uni tank on order.

I have previously brewed under pressure with 10 pint extract kits using Pinters. Success wise, this was a bit hit and miss and that is what led me to taking a break from the hobby.
