Hi,
Just joined the site as I am trying to get started again with brewing wine as it is so expensiveover here my problem
is that there are no brew shops over here so getting hold of equipment & ingredients is a problem. It looks like I am going to have to utilise the most basic options such as plastic 5l water bottles, bread yeast etc. Which I know is sacrilege to some people , me included but I have no other options as I cannot get champagne yeast, camden tablets etc. here. I am going to have to use bicarbonate of soda to try & clean what equipment I have so it is really going to be an interesting experiment. Any ideas would be most appreciated as I am really flying by the seat of my pants on this one.
Thanks for listening & happy brewing. :drink:
