I spot I'm not the first
I started brewing kits on and off about 5 years ago and a couple of years ago really got into homemade wines (the dandelion, elderflower and Darjeeling tea were all successes, the banana, strawberry, nettle, orange and "tropical" ones not so much). A couple more on the list to try in the coming months are a gooseberry wine and a mead, neither of which I've tried before.
I'm wanting to get back into beer again though so have started a Milestone Crusader kit to help me on my way (anyone have any good suggestions for other kits?). My intent is to get into extract brewing and then eventually onto all-grain brewing but I need to prepare myself a bit more before then, in terms of both beer skills and finances haha.
Well, that's me and I'll no doubt be pestering you with questions as the adventure continues!
