Hello all, just wanted to introduce myself.
I have recently got back into brewing my own beer after a break of about 20 years! My previous experience was as a student and primarily involved trying to make the strongest beer I could. Needless to say most of it tasted horrible!
Over the last few months I have brewed a few kits which turned out great - much better than anything I had brewed in the past. I have also started brewing some small batch All Grain and Extract brews which have also made some great beers (although none have been quite what I was aiming for!). I really like small batch brewing because it allows me to experiment and try a lot of different styles without risk of messing up a full sized batch.
