Hey everyone :)

I'm Carl from Somerset. Never done any brewing of any kind until about a couple weeks ago when I started my first cider :D It's currently happily bubbling away (although it does smell terrible!) and is at about 5.3% so far. Can't wait to have a taste of it when it's ready :drunk:
