Alright guys. Been brewing on and off for a few years now. Looking to get into ag brewing after Christmas any tips for bigginers are welcome. At the minute I'm brewing a winter warmer all was going well till kegging day, I don't know what I was thinking I added 800 grams of sugar instead of 80 it's been hissing out of the valve. But no explosion as yet that's got a week left to clear but clearing well. Just worried about the test now I will let you know cheers guys.
