Hello one and all. Having had a break from home wine making I have returned. Trouble is its amazing how much I have forgotten and feel like i'm starting fresh all over again. Even though I have only made wine in the past, I hope in the future (when I have the pennies saved) to have ago at Brewing Beer as well - trouble is the wife likes the wine :drunk: !
