Just dropping in to say hello.
I’m pretty new to all this having only ever made 2 kit wines 3 or 4 years ago. One turned out OK and the other pretty rank.
Spurred on by a bottle of Cairn o’ Mhor and a freezer full of fruit I thought I’d give it another craic and have put a gallon of gooseberry together. Fingers crossed!
I’ve got a loose plan to do some beech or oak leaf wine next. Hopefully I can cadge some tips and recipes off you all.
