Hi,
I'm new to the forum. Thought it best to join instead of rudely sitting miscallaneously on the sidelines reading your vast wealth of knowledge on home brewing.
Last night I placed my 4th Woodfordes kit into the FV. Its the Great Eastern Ale that I've opted for this time after brewing one Wherry and two Admirals Reserve previously. Never had the same results twice.
My brew kit so far is 2 x Pressure Barrels, 1 Fermentation Bin, 1 Hydrometer, 1 Digital Thermometer, 1 Brew Belt, 1 Beer Fridge located in the Beer/Man Shed, 8grm CO2 Capsules and applicator which appears to be made of the thinnest weakest plastic made by man. . The plan is to get results consistently wth the kits before moving onto Grain brewing. However, I'm always open to suggestions.
