Hello, I’ve been brewing all grain for 2 years on a Grainfather and what started as a nice hobby is turning into an obsession!

I’ve learned an awful lot in two years but probably still know very little in the big scheme of things.

Just bought my 3rd fermentor, SS Brewtech Unitank to go with the Conical and Brewbucket.

I initially found this site after a quick google to learn more about water chemistry so cheers to the guides created by Steve, after reading those things clicked and I started to get an understanding of water treatment.

Cheers, yes Strange Steve. I’ve read other guides but this made sense and using the suggested kits etc I now feel a bit more confident I can dial in the water chemistry for beer style.
