Hello all. Just received a youngs home brew kit as a prezzie from the wife. The beer is on the brew now and seems to be ticking along fine.

Went a bit overboard with the research, think I just should have got on with it. I'm now worried about loads of things I might have done wrong. Time will tell.

I shall keep my questions and tip hunting to a minimum till I've seen if this batch works out.
