After dipping my toe into brewing in university from kits, I recently, and to my wife's despair, have purchased myself a second hand full grain setup. I am going to be browsing the site to find myself a nice, hoppy, IPA. I really liked a west coast American IPA called Daisy Cutter from Chicago that I tried whilst out there last summer and Christmas, but the hop cost on that, for my first full grain brew, just didn't stack up. So... I am switching my focus just for now :)
