I started making wine just a few weeks ago. I think I may already be getting addicted to this new hobby! I am fascinated by the actual process and have much to learn! So far I have 4 demijons bubbling away - mead, blueberry wine, pineapple wine and lemon wine. I will be doing some raspberry wine and some blackberry wine at the weekend.

Loving it so far and am keen to learn :)
 
Hello Claire you've got a nice selection of wines on the go there but Lemon wine... eek! isn't that going to be a bit interesting to drink?

I thought I would just make a kit (or two!) But now find myself fascinated with the process :) Am really enjoying it so far.
 
Hi I'm in Billericay. On the lemon wine, I made one a couple of years ago, it was very dry and the sharpness of the lemons was a little too much. Still drank it though.
