Hi all
Just a quick hello to all.just finishing off my first brew from a kit festival Suffolk strong ale & to be honest I am quite impressed although I thought at first it was a bit sweet and I wouldn't like it as it's aged it's got quite delicious with just the right amount of head & a nice malty liquorice after taste so I will be doing this again.fermenting in the bucket now is my next one mangrove jack's juicy ipa can't wait to get this in my barrell.great forum & good advice.all the best
