I used to brew beer from grain a few years back, but decided to leave the country and let everything go! I was even fairly good at it, by my standards
Well that didnât last, so a few years on, I am wanting to start again. So I really need to start buying from scratch.
1) i used to use `graham wheeler`s` camra book `home brewing` as the fountain of all knowledge. The copy on the book shelf (all that remains of the kit) is the 1994 edition, i notice that this book has been re issued - do i need a new edition?
2) kit - budgets a factor - but good advice would be appreciated.
The list I currently have is - mash tun, boiler, hydrometer, thermometer, fermenting bucket, a couple of kegs, pressure CO2 cylinder, syphon tube
