Hi everyone I'm pretty much a newbie to brewing and stumbled across this site and just had to sign up right away, this place is like the Bible of Brewing! I have only ever completed one brew before of Bulldogs Evil Dog IPA that turned out bloody great if I do say so myself! Infact it was that good I have bought another to have a go at! Also after reading through here and on the Web over the past few weeks got 5 demijohns on the go that consist of 2 apple ciders from concentrate juice, 1 apple and raspberry again from concentrate juice, and 2 wines a blueberry and cranberry aswel as a blueberry and cherry again from concentrate juice (Bit of a theme appearing here isn't there [emoji6]). Never attempted anything like this before so fingers crossed. Well that's enough of me and I will look forward to picking all your brains in the future! Take Care!
