Hi all I'm a returning brewer just starting on a couple of hard ciders and an IPA after being out of the game for a few years, possibly something to do with my last two barrels leaking over the floor a week before we put the house on the market. The wife wasn't amused. Joining to learn as much as I can and meet fellow brewers.
