Hi there, I've been brewing for many years on and off but started all grain brewing last year after a couple of extract brews.
I also do a lot of the good quality wine kits ie ken ridge, california connoisseur.
I did a turbo cider a couple of years ago but it was **** so I'm revisiting that this weekend and possibly having a go at a wow of sorts with some tinned mandarins.
