I've been lurking and reading for a little while and decided I really out to join up!

Started with the wine kits in the summer, now trying my first two 'from scratch' wines (one raisin and one apple) and some cider too.

I'll apologise now as I'm bound to ask loads of questions you have likely answered many times before, as I try to learn I tend to confuse myself by over researching at times!
