Hi guys,

I have always had a fond admiration for people who make their own wine and have never really fully read Into it before. Over the course of the past year I have read more and more info and have finally gone and done it.

I have brought a starter pack from balliho with addition of a few other things such as corks etc and a sample of 6 bottle rose zinfadel to have a go at.

I'm more of a rose fan to be honest and I am scrolling through the boaters of river cottage handbook no 12 and things such as blackberry Im Worried about trying because I'm not a massive red wine fan.

Anyway I thought I would say hi and no doubt there will be tonnes of questiones headed your way

hi, i doubt you would get a full bodied red from blackberrys anyway so you should be fine with them.
