I'm David from Falkirk in sunny Scotland and I've just started home brewing for the first time - I will have lots of questions!
So far I've been cutting my teeth on a couple of Brooklyn Brew Shop 1 gallon all-grain kits.
First up was Everyday IPA, which turned out ok for a first ever brew. I knew my fermentation temps were all over the place though because it was just sitting in a cupboard under the stairs. But it's drinkable at least!
Now I have the Brooklyn Brew Shop/BrewDog Punk IPA kit cold crashing in a little Husky beer fridge/fermentation chamber that I've hooked up to an Inkbird. I'll hopefully bottle that tomorrow!
Anyway, now I've caught the bug and planning my 3rd brew and improving my techniques, etc.
