Hey everyone

Been reading the forum for a few weeks trying to gain some basic knowledge. Has been invaluable so thanks!

Have now got my first attempt on the go. A black rock cider kit with a few tweaks. Has been bubbling away nicely for a couple days so fingers crossed I did everything right haha.

Anyway am hooked now and already planning to get a few demijohns of wine on the go lol.

Welcome to the forum, you've come to the right place for advice. I joined and was very much a novice..no expert now!.. But the knowledge shared here is second to none. Good luck with the cider. I might give it a go, haven't done a batch in ages.
