I'm Tom and new to the home brewing arena. Decided to start looking at home brews as I got fed up with the main stream lagers and so for the past few years I have been drinking Belgium beers such as Duvel, Leffe, Hoegaarden and Blue Moon.
I'm interested in exploring other ales and see what other "types" I like.
So with that said I bought a home brew kit online last week and made my first batch on Thursday evening, which didn't appear to go too well.
I'll post my details shortly and welcome any help and advice from the community.
