Hi fellow brewers!

Thought it's time to join the forum to learn a bit more about the "dark arts" . Just did my very first batch of Woodefordes Wherry. Really surprised at the quality end result - a fine drinking session ale. So impressed that I've given a fair few to friends to try and suddenly the cupboards got empty :shock: Anyway it's a good excuse to start the next one shortly :

Thanks for the welcome peeps. I'm in Hatton just south of Warrington. One of my locals is the Hatton Arms where a supplier does their own ale - "Hatton Gold". Not a bad pint either.
