Hi,

Graham from High Wycombe.
Started homebrewing back in the 1980's, I've a 5 gallon mash setup but had a 10 year break and just started up again.
Related to the Clinches that founded Clinch & Co of Witney (maltsters and brewers 1836 to 1960) and I'm now researching a brew paper dated 1902 to re-create it.
