Hi i'm Tony from Polegate near Eastbourne, new at this so this year decided to do sloe gin and then start looking around what else could do and decided do a gallon of cider, is fermenting at the momment so not sure how will taste, but got the bug lol, and looking around seen that we can make lots of other things, so decided to try, will be reading a lot here because the best way to learn is with people with experience.
