Greetings from Lancashire.
Last year an apiarist mate of mine have me a few pounds of honey and suggested I try a mead. I'd done a bit of wine brewing, from kits mainly, 25 years prior to that, and decided to give it a go, which then set me off wanting to try all sorts of other things. One of them was a Beaujolais style blackberry wine from an old H. E. Bravery book. When it matured earlier in the summer I had a bottle and was amazed at how good it was (I'd never brewed from whole fruits before), so now I've got demijohns of different stuff all over the flat, brewing or ageing
Anyway, I've used and appreciated this forum so much I thought I'd subscribe (plus I've a question or two to ask) - it's an invaluable source of information, thanks everyone!
