Hello, its suggested that I give a small introduction to everyone (not so sure who will notice) but hello anyway. I have been brewing for 4 years, country wines to begin with. Blackberry, rhubarb, sloe etc. I have been brewing ales for 1 year and currently have 3 hop vines growing that are loaded with hops for the first year that's quite a surprise!! I felt it was a good idea to join this forum as i have used it as a good reference many times and there are clearly some very knowledgeable people on here and wanted to be involved. I have many questions and have a couple of ales on at the moment that are behaving very strangely. I look forward to posting questions and to contributing to other solutions for brewers questions.
