Good evening all, nice to be a member of a forum thats none car related for a change! I am new to home brewing (apart from some crap, but very strong larger when I was 16!) Been wanting to do it for some time, mainly for cost savings & better quality drinking, but also its more difficult for the Mrs to monitor my volumes!
Currently I have kegged & am nearly finished drinking a Youngs Harvest Bitter, which has been very nice. Also have fermenting a John Bull English Ale, Youngs Pilsner Lager & have put on today a Brewmaker Victorian Bitter. Looking forward to the results, but would really like to try a very hoppy kit, Hophead is one of my favorite beers, is there any kits on the market similar?
Look forward to hearing from you all & nice to be part of a new comunity.

Hi, welcome to the forum

I apologise I can't answer your question re hoppy kits but I am sure someone will be along soon with some advice.

Hi & welcome..

If you want a high hop beer just do a bitter that you like and dry hop at the end. have a go and see how it turns out.

welcome the the forum dave you could do a kit and add some extra hops but check what hops have been used in the kit first and use the same ones. do you know about hop timetables?

Welcome from a relative newbie,

This forum is more addictive than any car forum, loads of info here, loads of advice, just ask ( not me ).

Maybe the dark side will beckon there really is no return then

Cheers

RD
