Evening all.

I'm 45 and first did homebrew (once) when I was 16. We rushed it and bottled it with sediment in the bottles. We were drinking it for two years. it tasted fine.

Anyway, Ive decided I fancy another go. But thought i would post on here and look about before taking the plunge.
