Hello again, I have returned like a bad smell

Just a quick hello to old and new members, I have had some time away from brewing in general, but believe I will be back on it by the end of the year - I actually have a demijohn full of pear wine from fruit that needs bottling, 3 conrnies that are full, and several crates of various bottles, but I cannot find my notes remind me what's what ... its only been 2-3 years :shock:

Look forward to getting back in on the forum and seeing what is going on with everyone else

Thanks all, yes all of the stuff I have is quite old now, sadly it's not been stored in the best way due to a messy move , it's spent most of its life in the loft - I should think the hot summers and cold winters have taken their toll. I will see what they are like when I do get around to making a fresh batch, I should think most of it will have to go down the sink though to make room for the new stuff.

Hopefully the pear wine will be good to bottle as its been stored at a stable temperature in the dark ever since it was put in the demijohn [emoji3]

There may be hope yet for the cornies, they are full and I doubt that the temperatures have varied that much inside, but we shall see!!

So what's everyone that's reading this got brewing at the moment, anyone built or bought any new equipment?
