Good Evenin, thanks for accepting me.

I’m a newbie into brewing, and totally fascinating by the whole process. unfortunately I’m struggling for good information and strive to achieve a good homemade craft beer.
I hope you will help me achieve what seems a impossible goal.

Thanks

stuart.

Welcome.

There's a lot of information to take in to begin with, sometimes different opinions and approaches, but it's nothing too daunting when you "boil it down". Sounds obvious but start simple, learn the basics and develop your recipes and processes as you gain experience and learn about what effects different ingredients and processes have.

I'm a relative newby, and brew more for the hobby than for the drinks and so brew small batches often. I knew absolutely nothing about beer before doing the first brew and somehow that turned out drinkable at least.
