Heater belt

Looking for a cheap heater belt,

Wont be used for homebrew but to make sure a bucket of water doesn't freeze for our chickens.

any recommendations for something that is reliable but cheap!

Just bought one from Fleabay, much cheaper than a belt and can be sunk under some mesh to keep them away from it.
