Hello,

I am about to start brewing smaller batches, between 5 and 10 litres. However, my smallest fermentation bucket is 15 litres.

I was unsure if that much headspace would negativity effect my brew. Can you brew 5L in a 15L bucket?

Not ideal but shouldn't cause any problems,
