I guess I could buy another 30-litre boiler & grain basket and run two brews side-by-side, relatively little extra cost. 🤔

Actually, my limiting factor is fermenter capacity. I’d have to give up a couple of King kegs to increase the size of the fermentation cabinet. I may have another project before long! 😂

I enjoy the commitment to calling the beers you hammer relentlessly your "most popular beers". I am going to start doing this in my house whenever she gets on at me for spending all my time on beer activities.....
