Hello,

I harvested some yeast on Sunday which is all well and good. However, I was in a bit of a rush yesterday (I tell a lie both days) and forgot to tip the liquid off the yeast; will this cause me a headache or will it still be pitchable? I intend on brewing again a week Friday.

Another problem I have is that I was in a bit of a rush on Sunday and didn't leave the boiled water cool enough, it was roughly 26c. Am I at risk of denaturing the yeast?

All help will be appreciated,
Thanks,
James
